Terms & Conditions

Reda’s Beauty & Aesthetics Ltd

Company Number: 11238910
Registered Office: 12 Leacroft Road, Iver, England, SL0 9QP
Website: redasbeautyaesthetics.co.uk

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

Welcome to Reda’s Beauty & Aesthetics.

These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments, consultations, treatments, treatment courses, programmes, memberships, gift vouchers and retail products purchased from or booked with Reda’s Beauty & Aesthetics Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By making a booking, paying a booking fee or deposit, purchasing a treatment, course, programme, membership, voucher or product, or attending an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our priority is always to provide treatments professionally, safely and with reasonable care and skill.

Certain advanced treatments have additional treatment-specific consent forms, contraindications and aftercare requirements. These form part of your agreement with us.

If you are unsure about any part of these Terms & Conditions, please contact us before booking or undergoing treatment.

2. CONSULTATIONS & CLIENT ASSESSMENT

Your safety comes first.

A consultation may be required before treatment, particularly for advanced skin, laser/IPL, microneedling, chemical peel, mesotherapy, cryotherapy, scalp/hair and other specialist procedures.

Depending on the treatment, your consultation may include:

  • discussion of your skin, scalp or treatment concerns;

  • relevant medical and medication history;

  • allergies and sensitivities;

  • previous procedures or aesthetic treatments;

  • lifestyle factors relevant to treatment;

  • skin or scalp assessment;

  • AI-assisted skin or scalp analysis where appropriate;

  • assessment of treatment suitability;

  • explanation of realistic treatment outcomes;

  • discussion of possible reactions, risks and downtime;

  • treatment planning;

  • home-care and aftercare recommendations.

A consultation does not guarantee that a treatment will be suitable or that treatment will be performed on the same day.

We reserve the right to recommend an alternative treatment, postpone treatment or decline treatment where we believe proceeding would not be safe or appropriate.

Where a consultation fee applies, the amount and any conditions regarding redemption against future treatment will be explained at the time of booking.

3. CONSULTATION FORMS & INFORMED CONSENT

Before treatment you may be required to complete and sign consultation, medical-history and consent documentation.

For certain treatments, a new consent form may be required at every appointment.

You must provide information that is complete, honest and accurate.

We may ask you to confirm your medical information at subsequent appointments and you must inform us whenever anything changes.

Treatment cannot proceed where necessary consultation or consent documentation has not been completed.

Signing a consent form confirms that you have had an opportunity to ask questions and that the treatment, expected benefits, potential risks, alternatives and aftercare have been explained to you.

Consent can be withdrawn before treatment begins.

4. YOUR HEALTH & MEDICAL INFORMATION

You must inform us before treatment about anything that could affect your suitability for a procedure, including, where relevant:

  • medical conditions;

  • medication;

  • allergies;

  • pregnancy or breastfeeding;

  • recent illness or infection;

  • recent surgery;

  • skin disease or active skin conditions;

  • autoimmune conditions;

  • history of abnormal scarring or keloids;

  • blood-thinning medication;

  • photosensitising medication;

  • current or previous isotretinoin/Roaccutane treatment;

  • recent injectable treatments;

  • previous laser, IPL or aesthetic procedures;

  • recent sun exposure or tanning;

  • recent cosmetic surgery or medical procedures;

  • changes in your health since your previous appointment.

This list is not exhaustive.

If you are unsure whether something is relevant, please tell us.

Certain medical conditions or medications may mean that treatment has to be modified, postponed or declined.

In some circumstances we may request written confirmation or clearance from your GP, consultant or another appropriate healthcare professional before proceeding.

Reda’s Beauty & Aesthetics provides professional beauty, skin and aesthetic services. We do not diagnose disease, prescribe medication or replace medical assessment by your GP, dermatologist, pharmacist or consultant.

If we believe that a condition requires medical investigation, we may recommend that you seek appropriate medical advice before treatment.

5. PATCH TESTS & TEST PATCHES

Some treatments require a patch test or test patch before treatment can safely proceed.

This may apply to treatments including, but not limited to:

  • IPL;

  • laser treatments;

  • certain peels;

  • certain active products;

  • tinting or other allergy-sensitive services where offered.

The required patch-test period will depend on the treatment, product, device, manufacturer guidance and our insurance requirements.

Where a patch test is required, it cannot be waived simply because you have previously received the treatment elsewhere.

A new patch test may also be necessary following:

  • a significant change in health;

  • a change of medication;

  • a significant period between treatments;

  • a change in product or treatment protocol; or

  • any other situation where we consider retesting necessary.

If you arrive without a required patch test, your treatment may need to be postponed and our cancellation policy may apply.

6. ADVANCED SKIN & AESTHETIC TREATMENTS

Reda’s Beauty & Aesthetics offers a range of professional and advanced treatments which may include services such as:

  • advanced facials;

  • microneedling;

  • chemical peels;

  • mesotherapy;

  • CryoPen/cryotherapy;

  • IPL and laser procedures;

  • pigmentation treatments;

  • acne and acne-scar treatments;

  • rejuvenation treatments;

  • LED and light-based therapy;

  • scalp and hair-support treatments;

  • exosome-based protocols where appropriate;

  • body treatments;

  • lymphatic and pressotherapy treatments;

  • AI-assisted skin and scalp assessments.

The exact services available may change from time to time.

Advanced treatments can involve temporary expected reactions and, in some cases, recognised risks or complications.

These will be discussed during your consultation and/or detailed in the relevant consent form.

No advanced treatment will be performed simply because a client requests it. Treatment suitability is determined by professional assessment.

7. TREATMENT RESULTS

We aim to give you realistic and honest advice about what a treatment may achieve.

However, individual results cannot be guaranteed.

Skin and scalp biology, age, genetics, lifestyle, hormones, medical conditions, medication, sun exposure, home care and compliance with the recommended treatment plan can all influence results.

Some concerns require a course of treatments rather than a single appointment.

Before-and-after photographs, case studies or results shown on our website or social media demonstrate individual client outcomes and do not guarantee that another person will achieve identical results.

Where a course or programme is recommended, completing only part of the recommended programme may affect the final outcome.

8. NORMAL REACTIONS, SIDE EFFECTS & DOWNTIME

Different procedures involve different expected reactions.

Depending on the treatment, temporary reactions may include:

  • redness;

  • warmth;

  • tightness;

  • dryness;

  • sensitivity;

  • swelling;

  • tenderness;

  • mild bruising;

  • flaking or peeling;

  • temporary darkening of pigmentation;

  • small bumps or breakouts;

  • temporary changes in skin appearance.

Treatment-specific reactions and risks will be explained where appropriate.

If you experience a reaction that concerns you, please contact Reda’s Beauty & Aesthetics promptly.

For severe, rapidly worsening or potentially life-threatening symptoms, you should seek appropriate urgent medical assistance rather than waiting for a salon response.

9. AFTERCARE

Aftercare is an important part of your treatment.

You agree to follow the verbal and/or written aftercare instructions provided.

Depending on your treatment, this may include avoiding certain skincare ingredients, heat, exercise, swimming, saunas, sun exposure, tanning, makeup, exfoliation or other aesthetic treatments for a specified period.

You must use appropriate sun protection where advised.

Using products or undergoing another treatment against our advice may increase the risk of complications and affect your results.

Reda’s Beauty & Aesthetics cannot guarantee treatment outcomes where recommended aftercare or home-care instructions have not been followed.

10. AI SKIN & SCALP ANALYSIS

Where AI-assisted skin or scalp technology is used, it is intended to support professional assessment, client education and treatment planning.

AI analysis may assess visual characteristics such as hydration, pigmentation, redness, pores, texture, wrinkles, oil balance, skin appearance or scalp characteristics depending on the technology being used.

AI-generated results are not a medical diagnosis.

They must not be used as a replacement for examination, diagnosis or treatment by an appropriately qualified medical professional.

Where something appears suspicious or outside our professional scope, we may recommend that you consult your GP, dermatologist or another relevant healthcare professional.

11. THIRD-PARTY REPORTS & SERVICES

Where Reda’s Beauty & Aesthetics facilitates access to an external specialist, laboratory, dermatologist, platform or other third-party service, the report or professional opinion supplied by that third party remains the responsibility of that provider.

Any timescale given for a third-party report is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed by that provider.

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions that are outside our reasonable control.

12. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Appointments may be booked through our website, online booking system, social media, telephone, message or directly with Reda’s Beauty & Aesthetics.

Please check the treatment, date and time shown in your booking confirmation.

It is your responsibility to make sure the treatment you have booked allows sufficient appointment time.

If you wish to add additional treatments on arrival, we will accommodate them where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Your appointment is not considered secured until any required booking fee or deposit has been received.

13. BOOKING FEES & DEPOSITS

A booking fee or deposit may be required to secure an appointment.

The amount will be displayed or explained during booking.

Unless otherwise stated, the booking fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost.

Booking fees and deposits are normally non-refundable when appointments are cancelled outside the permitted cancellation period, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise or where Reda’s Beauty & Aesthetics cancels the appointment.

Different deposit arrangements may apply to treatment courses, high-value appointments, programmes, memberships or special promotions.

14. 72-HOUR CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that occasionally plans change.

We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

More than 72 hours before your appointment

Where appropriate, your booking fee or deposit may be transferred to another appointment.

Less than 72 hours before your appointment

Your booking fee or deposit may be forfeited and a new booking fee may be required before another appointment can be confirmed.

Less than 24 hours before your appointment

We reserve the right to charge up to the full cost of the booked treatment.

No-show appointments

Failure to attend without notice may result in the full treatment price becoming payable.

Clients who repeatedly cancel at short notice or fail to attend appointments may be required to pay the full treatment cost in advance for future bookings.

We will always try to be reasonable where genuine exceptional circumstances occur, but appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and late cancellations can rarely be filled.

This policy operates subject to any statutory consumer cancellation rights that apply.

15. IF WE NEED TO CANCEL

Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment because of illness, equipment failure, circumstances affecting treatment safety or another matter outside our reasonable control.

We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Any booking fee or deposit will be transferred to the rearranged appointment or refunded where appropriate if we are unable to provide the booked service.

We are not responsible for consequential expenses such as travel, accommodation, childcare or loss of earnings resulting from an appointment being rearranged, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

New clients and clients requiring additional consultation paperwork are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early.

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

The original treatment price may still apply.

If you are sufficiently late that treatment can no longer be performed safely or effectively within the remaining appointment time, your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you know you are going to be late.

17. PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices displayed on our website, booking system, social media or promotional material may be updated from time to time.

The price applicable to your confirmed appointment will normally be the price quoted when the booking was made unless there has been an obvious pricing error or the treatment requested changes following consultation.

Some personalised treatments vary according to:

  • treatment area;

  • treatment time;

  • products required;

  • treatment protocol;

  • number of areas treated;

  • individual treatment plan.

Where the final price differs from the initial guide price, this will be discussed before treatment begins.

Payment is due in full at the end of your appointment unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance.

18. COURSES & TREATMENT PACKAGES

Courses and treatment packages are designed around a recommended treatment schedule.

Any course-specific validity period will be stated when you purchase the course.

Appointments should be completed within the recommended timeframe wherever possible to achieve the best possible outcome.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • courses are personal to the named client;

  • treatment sessions cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • individual sessions forming part of a discounted course cannot normally be refunded at their discounted individual value once the course has started;

  • missed appointments remain subject to our cancellation policy;

  • treatment protocols may need to be modified if your medical circumstances or skin condition change.

If continuing a course is no longer safe or appropriate, we will discuss the available options with you.

Where individual treatment-course terms differ from these general Terms & Conditions, the specific course terms will apply.

19. PROGRAMMES & MEMBERSHIPS

Special programmes, longevity programmes, transformation programmes and memberships may include combinations of:

  • consultation;

  • AI skin analysis;

  • skin or scalp assessment;

  • treatment planning;

  • clinic treatments;

  • reviews;

  • professional home-care recommendations;

  • member benefits;

  • priority booking;

  • exclusive pricing or discounts.

Each programme or membership may have its own duration, inclusions, exclusions, payment structure and cancellation conditions.

These will be provided before purchase.

Programme results depend on individual circumstances and client participation. Joining a programme does not guarantee a specific clinical, cosmetic or aesthetic outcome.

Treatments included within a programme remain subject to medical suitability at every appointment.

20. PROMOTIONS, SPECIAL OFFERS & DISCOUNTS

Promotional offers are available only during the dates stated and may be limited by availability or number of places.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotions cannot be used retrospectively;

  • promotions cannot usually be combined with another discount or offer;

  • deposits may be required;

  • appointments booked under a promotion remain subject to our cancellation policy;

  • an offer cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • treatment remains subject to consultation and suitability.

If a promotional treatment is contraindicated, we are not required to perform the treatment simply because it has been purchased.

Where appropriate, an alternative may be offered.

21. GIFT VOUCHERS

Unless stated otherwise on the voucher:

  • gift vouchers are valid for the period shown on the voucher;

  • vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaceable;

  • appointments booked using vouchers remain subject to the same booking and cancellation policies as other appointments;

  • where the treatment costs more than the voucher value, the difference must be paid;

  • where the treatment costs less, any remaining balance may be used during the voucher validity period where the voucher system permits it;

  • promotional vouchers may have separate conditions.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

22. RETAIL & PROFESSIONAL HOME-CARE PRODUCTS

Products are recommended according to the information available to us and our professional assessment of your skin or scalp at the time.

You must tell us about any known allergies, sensitivities or previous adverse reactions.

If you experience an unexpected reaction, discontinue use and contact us for advice.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return or exchange within the period stated at purchase.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics and skincare products cannot normally be returned unless faulty.

Faulty products remain subject to your statutory consumer rights.

23. ONLINE & DISTANCE PURCHASES

Where a qualifying product, service, programme, membership or voucher is purchased online, by telephone or otherwise at a distance, statutory cancellation rights may apply.

In certain circumstances consumers have a 14-day cancellation period.

If you specifically request that a service or treatment begins during a statutory cancellation period, you agree that we may begin supplying the service during that period.

If you subsequently exercise a valid cancellation right after part of the service has been supplied, you may be required to pay for the proportion of services already provided.

Where a service has been fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement, statutory cancellation rights may no longer apply.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any rights that you have under applicable consumer law.

24. CLIENTS UNDER 18

Some of our services are available only to adults aged 18 or over.

Advanced aesthetic treatments will not normally be provided to anyone under 18 unless the particular treatment is legally permitted, professionally appropriate, covered by our insurance and expressly agreed in advance.

Selected age-appropriate skin consultations, educational services or teen skin treatments may be available to younger clients.

Where we accept a client under 18, parental or legal guardian consent may be required and we may require the parent or guardian to remain present.

We reserve the right to ask for proof of age.

25. CHILDREN & GUESTS

For health, safety, privacy and insurance reasons, treatment rooms contain professional equipment, electrical devices, products, needles and other items that may not be safe for children.

Please arrange childcare before attending unless we have specifically agreed otherwise in advance.

Guests should not accompany you into the treatment room unless previously agreed.

This also protects the privacy and relaxation of all clients.

26. WHEN WE MAY REFUSE OR STOP TREATMENT

We reserve the professional right to postpone, refuse or stop a treatment where we believe it is unsafe or inappropriate.

Examples include:

  • incomplete consultation or consent documentation;

  • failure to disclose relevant health information;

  • treatment contraindications;

  • missing required patch testing;

  • active infection;

  • open wounds;

  • unexpected skin reaction;

  • medication affecting treatment safety;

  • recent sun exposure where relevant;

  • pregnancy where the treatment is not appropriate;

  • intoxication from alcohol or drugs;

  • aggressive, abusive, threatening, sexual or inappropriate behaviour;

  • requests outside the professional treatment being provided.

Where possible, we will explain why treatment cannot proceed and advise when it may be safe to reconsider.

Safety decisions are made professionally and are not negotiable.

27. RESPECT, PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES & SAFETY

Every client has the right to be treated respectfully and professionally, and Reda’s Beauty & Aesthetics expects the same in return.

Aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, abusive, sexually inappropriate or intimidating behaviour will not be tolerated whether it occurs:

  • in person;

  • by telephone;

  • by text or direct message;

  • by email;

  • through social media;

  • online.

We reserve the right to stop an appointment immediately and refuse future bookings where behaviour is inappropriate or causes a safety concern.

Serious incidents may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

28. PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEO

Clinical or treatment photographs may be recommended for:

  • treatment planning;

  • monitoring progress;

  • client records;

  • comparison of treatment outcomes.

Where photographs form part of your treatment record, they will be stored appropriately.

Separate permission will be requested before identifiable photographs or videos are used for marketing, education, website content or social media.

You are free to decline marketing photography.

Declining marketing consent will not affect the standard of your treatment.

Where consent for marketing use has previously been given and you subsequently withdraw that consent, please contact us. We will stop future use and, where reasonably possible, remove content under our control, subject to applicable legal and practical limitations.

Please do not photograph or record other clients without their permission.

29. PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY

To provide treatments safely, we need to collect personal information, which may include information about your health and medical history.

Health information receives additional protection under UK data-protection law.

Information may be collected for purposes including:

  • booking and administering appointments;

  • assessing treatment suitability;

  • maintaining treatment records;

  • providing safe treatment;

  • contacting you about your appointment;

  • providing appropriate aftercare;

  • complying with insurance, professional and legal obligations.

Information is stored securely and retained for an appropriate period in accordance with our legal, insurance and professional requirements.

Details about how personal information is collected, used, retained and protected should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Marketing communications will be managed separately and where consent is required you may withdraw it.

30. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please take reasonable care of your personal belongings during appointments.

Reda’s Beauty & Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or accidental damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.

Please keep valuables with you.

31. COMPLAINTS & CONCERNS

If something does not feel right, please tell us.

We would much rather have the opportunity to assess a concern promptly.

For a treatment-result concern, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 7 days of treatment, unless the nature of the treatment means the result would not yet reasonably be assessable.

For an unexpected or concerning reaction, contact us promptly rather than waiting until your next appointment.

We may ask you to:

  • explain what has happened;

  • provide photographs;

  • stop particular products temporarily;

  • follow specific aftercare;

  • attend an in-person review.

Photographs can be helpful but may not be sufficient to properly assess a skin reaction or treatment result.

Where appropriate, an in-person assessment will be recommended.

Please do not allow another practitioner to alter or treat the area before we have had a reasonable opportunity to assess your concern, unless urgent medical attention is required.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

32. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

We undertake to provide our services with reasonable care and skill.

We will use professional products, devices and protocols appropriate to the treatment and will work within our professional qualifications, training and insurance.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your statutory rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, remain unaffected.

Subject to those rights, Reda’s Beauty & Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility for an unsatisfactory or adverse outcome resulting from:

  • relevant medical information being withheld or provided inaccurately;

  • failure to follow pre-treatment instructions;

  • failure to follow aftercare;

  • the use of products against our advice;

  • another treatment being performed elsewhere against our advice;

  • sun exposure or tanning against treatment guidance;

  • medication or health changes that were not disclosed;

  • unrealistic expectations where treatment limitations were explained;

  • failure to complete the recommended treatment programme.

33. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be responsible for delay or failure to provide a service caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This may include serious illness, emergencies, power failure, equipment failure, severe weather, transport disruption, government restrictions, supplier disruption or other exceptional circumstances.

Where possible, affected appointments will be rearranged.

34. CHANGES TO SERVICES, PRICES & THESE TERMS

Our treatments, products, technology, programmes and prices may evolve.

We reserve the right to update services, treatment protocols, pricing and these Terms & Conditions where necessary.

The latest version of these Terms & Conditions will be published on our website.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the current version.

Bookings made after an updated version has been published will be subject to the version in effect at the time of booking, except where the law requires otherwise.

35. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove, restrict or replace your rights under applicable UK consumer law.

Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill.

Products supplied must meet applicable statutory requirements.

Where there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a right that cannot legally be excluded, your statutory rights will take priority.

36. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that provide otherwise.
